All About Me
My name is Tessa Keagy and I'm the owner and permanent makeup artist at Symmetry Studios!
I started my career at 18 with my Maryland Cosmetology license after attending the Center for Career and Technical Education my Junior and Senior years of high school. I then went on to pass my Maryland State Boards and have been a part of making women feel beautiful ever since with my hair services! In 2020, at the age of 25 I gave birth to my first daughter with my second born soon after in 2022 -- raising them has been my proudest accomplishment. I have an amazing husband who made my dream of being a stay-at-home mom come true as I continued to provide hair services for close friends and family during my time at home with my young girls. Recently I decided it was time for me to start using my knowledge and creativity in another direction outside of my home. I did extensive research on the permanent makeup industry, and decided it was the next step in my career and would fill a much-needed void in the surrounding Frostburg community. I love all of the possibilities this step has to offer my clients with these incredible techniques and services. I cannot wait to continue my education in the time to come to benefit them.
My starting education in permanent makeup consisted of attending Arch Envy Permanent Makeup Academy in Potomac Maryland, and it is my goal to continue with online education as I begin this new adventure.
